Sound familiar?

The problems I fix every week.

“Someone new starts Monday and nothing’s ready.”Business: accounts, email and devices ready on day one.
“The Wi-Fi drops every time we’re on a call.”Business: a planned network that just works.
“Nobody knows where that file is.”Business: tidy OneDrive and sensible permissions.
“I’ve just got a new phone and I’m dreading it.”Home: moved across, set up and explained.
“My laptop has got really slow.”Home: diagnosed and fixed.
“I don’t know if this email is a scam.”Home: a calm second opinion.
