Where do you cover?

All of London, from my base in West London. Remote help works from anywhere.

Do you only help with Apple devices?

No. My background is Apple, but I help with Windows and Android too.

Can you fix hardware problems?

I specialise in software issues. If it’s hardware, I’ll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.

Do you offer home tech support in London?

Yes. I visit homes across London for phone and laptop setup, software fixes, Wi-Fi and backups, and I can help remotely too.

Is it really £99?

Home visits start from £99. I’ll confirm the exact price with you before I start.
